Collaboration in Teams
Organizations increasingly rely on collaboration to achieve success and competitive advantage. This collaboration not only is within teams but also spans boundaries between departments, with other organizations (e.g., clients, suppliers), and even with non-human agents (e.g., human-agent teaming).
The key issue is how to build effective, long-lasting collaborative relationships under the current challenges of digitalization, internationalization, and labor shortage and mobility. For companies to stay ahead in innovation and competition, it is important to know how to compose effective teams, how to build commitment and trust, how to lead teams in times of uncertainty, and how to create supportive environments that foster creativity and beneficial outcomes.
